Great hotel, the location was PERFECT. In front of cicada market, 15 minutes' walk to Hua Hin train station.

Nice garden outside. Easy walk to attractions, including market village huahin. Handy base for a vacation in Hua Hin.

Nothing except the location - right on the beach and close to town.
Did not like this hotel at all and would never recommend it. They repeatedly messed up our booking - first by charging my credit card without authorization and despite my booking clearly being without prepayment due and then by not even being able to find my booking due to their misspelling of my name. Whilst we were there, there was a whole afternoon without electricity or hot water and not even a simple apology from the hotel. Very poor service.

The Beach nearby was excellent and the Ciao restaurant well located. The Reception staff were very friendly and professional.
The bathroom was too small.

i stayed for 2 nights, swimming pool is great, nature and suitable for family with children. Opposite this resort, i have find out the food' s market which open from afternoon with all kinds of Thai foods

The hotel's physical conditions are pretty bad. The room and bathroom are old. The hotel really needs renovation in order to maintain its 5-star image and match the price offered.

The bathrooms need updating a little and there was no lift to our 3 floor room.

Very attentive and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Lovely gardens leading to a lovely beach. Swimming pool sublime.

The beachfront location was excellent could walk onto beach or enjoy a nice swimming pool in the grounds. Wonderful Spa and treatments but slightly expensive. Food and Service were of a High standard.
No free Wi-Fi or 3 point plugs in rooms, very poor for a Hotel of this standard.
